Returns
Due to the nature of refrigerant products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:
The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at info@refrigerantsdepot.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the product and packaging to info@refrigerantsdepot.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used refrigerant cylinders
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or final sale items
